ARECH is an LED display manufacturer with one factory floor and one engineering team. The company designs, builds, calibrates, and ships five product families (indoor, outdoor, flexible, HD wall, and rental LED screens) from a single facility under one quality discipline. No reseller layer sits between the customer and the people who built the panel. The engineer who reviewed the spec sheet is the same engineer who answers the support call two years later.
The promise behind the brand is simple. Specify a display, and the team behind it stays on the project for the life of the product: from the first conversation about pixel pitch, through the calibration handover, into the warranty period, and on through the eventual fleet expansion.

Every stage of the build sits under one roof: component sourcing, board population, cabinet assembly, the ageing chamber, calibration, quality checks, and packout. How can I contact the ARECH engineering team?
Email overseas@arechtech.com or phone +86 755 2319 1723. Reply window on first contact is typically the next working day. There is no reseller layer between the customer and the engineering team -- the engineer who reviews the spec is the same engineer who supports the install.
Does ARECH ship worldwide?
Yes. Sea, air, and overland freight handled out of Shenzhen to projects on every continent. Export documentation, HS coding, and CE / FCC / RoHS / ISO conformity papers are prepared in-house so the cargo clears customs without back-and-forth. Projects are currently running in more than 20 named markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East and Africa.
What certifications does ARECH carry?
Every product line carries four certifications: CE (European Conformity), FCC (US electromagnetic compliance), RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances), and ISO (process and quality-management standards). Certificates ship with every commercial consignment and are available on request at the briefing stage.
How does ARECH support the customer after the sale?
Pre-sales consultation, install guidance during commissioning, operator training for the customer team, and ongoing technical support across the warranty window.
