There are mainly 2 kinds of LED screens application: indoor and outdoor applications, both indoor and outdoor display are basically consisted of many closely-spaced LEDs. By varying the brightness of each LED, the LED diodes jointly form an image on the video screen.
Briefly, a LED screen consists of red, green and blue LEDs mounted in a fixed pattern, and these three colors combine to form one pixel. By adjusting the intensity of the LED diodes, billions of colors can be formed, that is why when we look at the LED screen from a certain distance, the array of colored pixels are seen as an image.
