Flex COB LED display: COB image quality on a panel that bends
ARECH's Flex COB LED display brings COB's sealed epoxy surface to a bendable panel - about 40% lower power, 160 degree viewing angle, plus column and wave curves.
A standard COB LED display has one notable limitation — it is rigid. ARECH's Flex COB puts the same COB construction (bare chips under a continuous epoxy layer) onto a flexible substrate, making the panel formable while keeping the surface sealed.
Panel sizes and power
Three standard panel sizes cover the common aspect ratios:

Power draw is approximately 40% lower than standard LED panels of equivalent pitch and brightness. For installations where mains capacity is constrained — retrofits into older buildings, temporary structures, rental rigs — that reduction has a practical effect on cabling and circuit load.
Surface and optics
The COB epoxy surface is continuous. There are no individual LED packages protruding from the face, no micro-gaps between components where ambient light catches and reduces contrast. The result is a viewing angle of up to 160° with consistent colour across the arc — useful for installations where viewers approach from sharp angles, such as retail aisles or corridor displays.
The sealed face is impact-resistant, dust-resistant, and moisture-resistant. It can be wiped without damaging the display, which matters in public-access locations.

Where it fits
The most common installations are retail fixtures, lobby columns, curved stage sets, and architectural feature walls where a flat panel cannot conform to the space. The low power draw also makes it practical for smaller commercial environments where a full LED power infrastructure is not already in place.
