LED Display Screen from ARECH Factory - We design, build, and ship five product families — indoor, outdoor, flexible, HD wall, and rental LED screens — from a single facility. Component sourcing, SMT placement, assembly, calibration, ageing, and final QC all happen in-house, not across a sub-contractor network.
Every panel that leaves the floor with our name on it carries the same brightness uniformity, the same colour calibration, and the same warranty terms — whether it heads to a stadium, a corporate lobby, or a touring concert rig.

Which product family fits my project?
Indoor lobby or retail rooms use the Indoor LED Screen family. Billboards or building facades use the Outdoor LED Screen family. Curved or sculptural installs use the Flexible LED Screen family. Close-viewing fine-pitch surfaces use the HD Wall LED Display family. Touring events or stage rigs use the Rental LED Display family. If unsure, contact us with the project brief and we will recommend one.
What pixel pitch should I pick?
Pixel pitch (P-value, in millimetres) determines the minimum comfortable viewing distance. Rule of thumb: minimum viewing distance in metres equals P-value. For a viewer at 3 m, P3 or finer is right. Outdoor billboards seen from 10 m+ can use P5-P10. Sub-mm pitch (P0.7-P1.5) is for fine-pitch indoor walls viewed at arm length.
How long does an ARECH LED screen last?
Our displays are engineered for 100,000+ hours of operating life with brightness held above 50% of the day-one rating. In practical terms: 11 years of 24/7 operation, or 27 years at a 10-hour duty cycle. Lifespan depends on duty cycle, ambient temperature, and brightness setting.
Can you build custom sizes, shapes, or pixel pitches?
Yes. Custom cabinet dimensions, curved radii, irregular outlines, and non-standard pixel pitches are part of normal scope. Send us the venue drawing or the rendering — we will return a feasibility note and a price.
How long from order to delivery?
Standard cabinets leave the factory within 2-4 weeks of a confirmed order and deposit; custom sizes, curves, or non-standard pixel pitches add engineering and tooling time. We confirm a firm production date in writing before the balance is due, and we send progress updates throughout production. Sea, air, and courier shipping are all available.
What goes into the price, and what is included?
Price tracks pixel pitch, cabinet size, the LED and driver-IC grade, and the control system; finer pitch and brighter panels cost more per square metre. A quote covers the display, receiving cards, the sending and processing hardware, cabling, spare modules, and crating. Shipping and on-site installation are quoted separately, so you can use your own freight forwarder or installer. You see the full bill of materials before you commit, with no hidden line items.
Which certifications do your displays carry?
Our panels are built to CE, FCC, and RoHS standards, and the factory runs under an ISO 9001 quality system. Certificates are available on request for your import paperwork or tender submissions — contact us and we will send the documents that match your model and destination market.
How do you ensure quality control before shipping?
Every cabinet goes through a 72-hour continuous ageing test, colour calibration, waterproof testing (for outdoor units), and vibration testing before packing. Factory test videos are available on request.
What does the factory warranty cover?
Materials and workmanship defects across the cabinet, modules, receiving cards, and power supplies for the warranted period. If a covered defect appears within the warranty window, we repair or replace the affected part at no charge. Detailed terms are on our warranty and guarantee page.
What support do you offer after purchase?
Installation guidance during commissioning, troubleshooting via direct engineer contact, spare-part stocking, firmware updates, and field-service partner referral when on-site labour is required. Your point of contact stays the same engineer from spec sheet to handover.
